the staff were friendly and helpful. i requested an extra pillow and it was brought to my room quickly. the location was convenient for exploring the city center. i also found parking easy and plentiful.
the window in my room was a bit stiff and difficult to open fully.

I found the staff very helpful , and they were always available. The hotel offers ample parking space behind the building. Breakfast included a wide selection of options, both hot and cold. The hotel location is a short walk to the main attractions.
I noticed the water pressure in the shower was a little weak , but it wasn't a major issue.
